So I'm on a long weekend. I'm watching a movie "In her mothers footsteps", it's actually pretty freaky.
Not to much to report, it's getting really cold again and more snow tomorrow. I've about had enough ice and snow. Can't wait until spring, get outside to do some gardening!! We want to setup a nice area in the backyard as well.
I've had discomfort in my abdomin, like from the left side stretching to the right, specially if I sit upright. I don't know if its gas maybe or something. I've tried googling it to make sure its normal, but I keep coming across the same info over and over again. It's like little pokes n pulls. I can't wait to get my workout dvd in the mail so I can start that. When I goto the gym next I'm going to spk with a trainer there to see what kind of a workout I can have.
I really don't know what else to chit chat about right now, its late anyways, so I'm off.

Be sure to check with your doctor about excercising while pregnant before doing too much. You don't want to elevate your heart rate too much and you also want to keep your core body temp at a normal temp. No heavy duty sweating!
The pulling is completely normal. Things are working out in there! :D
