I've had the same frigin painful headache for 2.5 days. I called sick to work as I wanted it to go away, and its still here... grrrr.
Not to much is happening other than that. The weather is nicer now, just waiting for it to warm up enough to melt the ice in the backyard so I can get out there and clean.

8w5d - and we're good!
No cramping today! I've had lots of gas and digestion issues, so I think that's probably because of all the stretching yesterday. But thanx for the good vibes! They worked!!
We got a crib today! Someone David works with told him last night (he finally went back after 3 weeks off), that he'd be by to drop that off today and he came. We also got a change table, bassinet (really pretty), and crib. We also got a Winnie the pooh bedding and some other musical attachments for the crib. It was very nice, and all for free, so it's the right price!! I'll take pictures and post them later so you can see the bassinet cause I think it's so beautiful.
I have still stuck with my part, no purchasing baby things until half way through 2nd trimester into the third...
Well I gotta go for now but I'll be back to post pic's of the bassinet, maybe not today but for sure tomorrow.

8w4d
Hi ladies.
I've had cramping today, like burning in my abdomin. No spotting or anything. I've had 2 rather sharper cramps but that's it. I'm a little freaked out, but I've read it's normal around this time as the uterus is stretching. I'll keep my eyes out, but I'm sure everythings good. I've had some nausea as well, sore breasts still, constipated ect.
I don't really have much else to write about for now. Take care all. I'll go through and update myself on your blogs tomorrow.

The Wee One! Nov 2nd due date confirmed!
Here is a picture of our little miracle. Meassuring 18mm (8 weeks 2 days, which is pretty much bang on due to the leap year), heartbeat of between 167 and 171, we got to see the baby for the first time today! The Dr. said everything is perfect and that after a great U/S like today I have a 94% chance of a healthy delivery at the end of 9 months. He's very pleased with everything!
We go back April 24th for screening for Chromosomal Defects.

Tomorrow's U/S...
I'm so nervous about tomorrows U/S. We have a video camera to hopefully tape it if they allow it. Please let everything be good... OMG. We've been waiting for tomorrow with baited breath, fingers crossed and wishing time would hurry up. Now it's here and we're scared LOL. I know it sounds so stupid but I can't help it. What if there's something wrong and its all been a mean joke? What if everything is fine? It'll be the first time that we see the baby, that's scary too (at the same time as exciting). It puts everything into such a different perspective! I can't wait, but I'm so scared lol. I will be very relieved. I sound so silly right now, but its how I'm feeling.
I am going to try and get some sleep as I'll be up and out the door before I know it!

Happy Easter!
Happy Easter/bunny day/spring to all!
I am on week 8, YAY! I am very constipated, I know TMI. I googled it, drink more and eat the fruit I got when we went grocery shopping lol. I also got some yummy wheat for breakfast! So hopefully things will change for that. Also walk more and drink juice... so I'll get er done!
Had a nice visit with dad today, took him out for a roll up the rim at Tim Hortons. Yesterday I visited mum and she had purchased a small photo album with a teddy bear on the front (which is the theme for the nursery), and she also got 2 soothers lol. It was odd holding the soothers in my hand lol. Little things that 'bring it home' that we're actually pregnant. Sheesh, wait til Tuesday right? hehe. I can't wait to be reassurred that all is well in there.

The countdowns are on!
1 more day of work until a glorious 5 day weekend! YAY FOR SLEEPING IN!
5.5 more days until we see The Wee One for the first time and hear the heartbeat. I am so nervous and hope everything is good. I think I'll be more excited about things after the apointment if it turns out good. I look forward to tat in itself.
Tomorrow we find out if David goes back to work, I hope he does as WE NEED MONEY. I need to start getting things done, like cars fixed (before they totally breakdown), chest freezer purchased(we're getting a used on from someone I work with $25!), new mattress, washer and dryer(cause I don't want to lug all our clothes, plus the babys clothes and the baby to the laundry matt every week. I also need time to get some money saved up for emergencies. Not to mention the other zillion things that need to be purchased and taken care of so we're stittng good for when our little sweetheart is here.
These are the things that are slowly making me crazy!
I dunno what else to type about right this minute so I guess I'm gunna go for now.
